Over the past 12 months I have been in contact with Hazelmere a great deal, as I have elderly relations registered with them. I have nothing but praise for the service they have provided.

I’m totally confused as to why this place has negative reviews.
I’ve recently moved to this surgery after moving house and cannot fault it.
The receptionists have been friendly and helpful, even when it’s been busy. I’ve always been greeted with a smile and an attentive response whenever I’ve visited.
My doctor has also been very supportive and easy to talk to.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hazelmere to others. I’m so far very impressed with their service.

Extremely good service but then I find ‘treat people how you’d want to be treated’

Receptionist can’t do enough for you , very polite and helpful. Can usually get in to see a Dr when needed . Don’t know why it’s got bad reviews I’ve never had much of a problem with them . Good practice.
